How to install CM 12.1 Android 5.1.1 Stable ROM for HTC One M8:
1- Download the CM 12.1 Android 5.1.1 SNAPSHOT .
2- Download Gapps
3- Transfer both files from your computer to your phone’s internal storage.
– after the files are moved you can disconnect the device from computer.
– do not extract the files comprised within the archives.
Switch off your phone.
